Two gorgeous ski homes in the Old Town section of Park City. They are located on the bus line for easy access in to town or to Deer Valley and the Canyons. Backs up a seven acre park for sleigh riding and open space.

Fantastic resort view from the private hot tub. Skiers love this home! It was designed for nightly rental and it has all of the amenities for comfort and fun. The garage is heated for ski boots, skis and clothing. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything necessary for great meals.

After skiing, sip Cognac in the 104 degree hot tub and watch the sun set over the resort or if you prefer privacy, enjoy the 6' jetted Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom with the lights dimmed. 25 miles from Salt Lake City and 5 minutes from Deer Valley or the center of town.

You really do not even need a rental car as the Town Bus stops 20 yards from the house every 20 minutes and you can load your skis and go up to the town lift about 30 seconds away and go directly up onto Pay Day ski run and avoid any real lift ticket lines.
