These private custom homes rest in the perfect location. They are right on Park Avenue in 'Old Town", only two and a half blocks from the Park City Ski Resort (a five minute walk).

It Features a great view of the mountain and the skiers whooshing down the slopes. The homes are very spacious and exhibit vaulted ceilings, custom hardwood floors and cabinets, a living room and family room, double sided fireplace, double car garage, five TV's with DVD players, jetted tub in the master bath and a private outdoor hot tub to relax in after a great day of skiing.

The backyard opens up into a beautiful 7 acre open space where the children can build a snowman and sled down a small hill. There is also a library which offers a wide variety of entertainment which is within 200 yards of the home.

A trolley 'shuttle' stops conveniently outside the front door. They stop every 20 minutes and will take you directly to the ski resort, historic main street or the shops and fine restaurants. If you like to walk, you can walk to all of the above within 5 to 10 minutes.

Ski at Deer Valley...It's just a 5 minute drive!

Driving to the Canyon's ski area only takes 10 minutes.

If you love to shop the drive to the factory outlet stores is 15 minutes.

If you need more space there is another beautiful home 2 doors down with the same floor plan.
